Right Exposure provides nationwide fulfillment across Canada. We offer standard bulk freight for centralized corporate deliveries and direct-to-employee drop-shipping for portal users. Lead times for customized compliance apparel vary based on volume and current fabrication schedules. Estimated timelines will be provided upon digital proof approval.

Return Policy for Standard Goods:

Unused, unbranded Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in its original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. The client is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items (Customized Goods):

Due to the specific nature of our operations, any item that has been custom-branded, laser-engraved, hemmed, or specifically fabricated (including all custom signage) is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

Defective Merchandise:

Claims for defective merchandise or fulfillment errors must be submitted to info@rightexposure.ca within 5 business days of receipt.
