Introduction:

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of rightexposure.ca and the purchase of customized compliance apparel, safety equipment, and related services from Right Exposure (a division of Plethora Enterprises Inc.). By accessing our digital portals or initiating a corporate contract, you agree to these commercial terms.

1. Custom Branding & Approvals:

All custom-fabricated signage and branded apparel require explicit client approval via digital proof prior to production. Once a proof is approved by the authorized corporate representative, Right Exposure is not liable for errors in spelling, logo placement, or color discrepancies. Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has commenced.

2. Corporate Portals & Compliance Credits:

Enterprise clients utilizing our automated digital allotment portals are responsible for managing their employees’ access. “Compliance Credits” (or corporate wallet funds) are strictly for purchasing approved safety gear on rightexposure.ca. These credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between employees, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms:

Tiered pricing and portal access are granted based on active corporate agreements. Standard corporate invoices operate on a Net-30 schedule unless otherwise specified in your vendor contract. Right Exposure reserves the right to suspend portal access for accounts with past-due balances.
